We’re not just building a festival—we’re building a community. We invite crew members not only because of their skills, but because we value their energy, attitude, and presence. We truly cherish what you bring to the space.

While being crew is meaningful work, we also want it to be deeply fun and nourishing. That’s why we have a dedicated team focused on caring for the crew, making sure you feel seen, supported, and appreciated. You’ll be provided with snacks, delicious meals (as listed below), and a crew vibe that feels like family. We’re striving to make your experience so good that you’ll want to come back—again and again and again.

🌟 Your Contribution

As a crew member you:

Contribute approximately 8 hours of work during the festival weekend (26–28 September 2025)
Participate in a crew-only meet-up on 14 September (13:00-16:00 in Copenhagen) to align and connect before the festival
Stay flexible and helpful—this is a collective creation, and while your shifts will be planned, we trust everyone to support the flow and success of the whole event when extra hands are needed

Outside your shifts, you’re welcome to Participate in workshops and experiences like any other festival guest

🎁 What You Receive

In appreciation for your contribution, you will receive:

A full festival ticket for only 995 DKK (regular price: 2495 DKK)
5 meals during the weekend:
- Friday: Lunch & Dinner
- Saturday: Lunch & Dinner
- Sunday: Lunch
- (Note: Meals are not included in standard participant tickets)
Access to the full program when you’re off duty
Belonging in a vibrant, purpose-driven crew community
Join us for a crew-only post-festival crew gathering (details to come)
Care and support throughout the weekend from our crew support team

Join the CTF Crew: The Heart of Our Festival

A successful festival thrives on the energy and dedication of our amazing team of helpers. Our CTF Crew plays a crucial role in shaping the atmosphere and ensuring every participant has an unforgettable experience.

That’s why we take our CTF Crew very seriously! 😄

We deeply value our different teams and are committed to creating an environment where you can have fun, collaborate, and contribute to making this event the best it can be. Beyond the festival, we aim to foster a vibrant and supportive community for all the helpers and therefore we have workshops dedicated for the CTF Crew before and after the festivals.

We have different teams and tasks for each festival, it can be anything from decorating the venue, cleaning the toilets and giving emotionel support.

As a part of the crew you work a given numer of hours during the weekend and recieve a ticket for a much reduced price.
