We're not just building a festival, we're building a community. We invite crew members not only because of their skills, but because we value their energy, attitude and presence. We truly cherish what you bring to the space.
Being crew is meaningful work, and we also want it to be deeply fun and nourishing. That's why we have a dedicated team focused on caring for the crew, making sure you feel seen, supported and appreciated, with a crew vibe that feels like family. We want your experience to be so good that you'll want to come back again and again.
🌟 What being crew means
As a crew member you:
- Work planned shifts during the festival weekend, 15–17 May 2027
- Meet the rest of the crew before the festival, so we can align and connect
- Stay flexible and helpful. This is a collective creation, and we trust everyone to support the flow of the whole event when extra hands are needed
- Are welcome to join workshops and experiences outside your shifts, like any other festival guest
The crew works in different teams, and the tasks can be anything from decorating the venue and welcoming guests to keeping the place clean and giving emotional support.

Being crew comes with care and support throughout the weekend, a place in a vibrant, purpose-driven crew community, and a thank-you for your work. The crew terms for 2027 will be announced when sign-up opens.

Want to help create the festival from the very beginning?
Long before the crew arrives, the festival is being shaped. Right now we're looking for four team leads and two festival assistants who want to create Copenhagen Tantra Festival 2027 together with us, in the months leading up to the festival.
