Jakob Kaergaard (DK)

Jakob is one of Scandinavia’s leading sex- and intimacy coaches for men. He developed the Vital Force Sexual Mastery practice in 2013 and has since taught over a thousand men to master their sexual energy on physical and online courses. He recently published his book on the method, ‘Bedre Sex, Mand!’ in Danish, which is currently being translated into English. Jakob regularly gives courses, both in-person and online, and also takes clients in 1-1 coaching processes, centered around sexual and relational issues and personal development for men.
