Bliss with Sound Frequencies

Take a break with going inwards supported by sound. Let various frequencies pierce your body and soul to notice what needs to be felt and seen. We will do a short humming exercise to ground ourselves in our own presence. The focus in this workshop will be on being present with what is. The GONGs can connect you to deeper (and darker) parts within. Be present, be you and allow it all to flow. 

Please bring mats, sheepskins, pillows, blankets, anything for comfort.

Using a variety of tools including the blindfold, we will explore ways to enhance this unique experience of the attention and touch from more than one person. We build trust with one another and use the trust as a gateway into full surrender to pleasure.
