A transformative workshop to elevate your energy, starting from the very core of your being, and guiding it to embrace a heightened state of connection with everything around you.

Welcome to a workshop for slowness, exploration and surrender - through holding and tying.

Tantric Ropes is like an improvised dance of polarity between two people. It’s an opportunity to let go of any goal and surrender to what wants to happen in the connection.

I am passionate about soft intimacy and polarity and the main focus of the workshop is therefore on the connection and aliveness of the moment, rather than learning complex techniques.

Any expression is welcome - from tenderness, playfulness, relaxation, firmness, sensuality and more.

You will have the possibility to try both tying and being tied.

No previous experience is needed.

Come in fixed pairs: friends or lovers.

In Sacred Magic lovemaking we will explore how we can relate and connect from different levels of our energetic being. We will guide you on a journey through your body. Experiencing and embodying the different flavors of life force energy. Feeling our own energy and the energy of the other. Connecting on multiple levels, deepening and enriching our intimate connections.

Sacred - Sacredness supports the experience of being safe and allows for higher guidance. In a sacred space we can expand consciousness on how we relate energetically

Magic - Inviting magic gets you out of the mind and theory. Allowing mystery to enter the creation of connection. Magic is using your intention and imagination for manifestation.

Lovemaking - Making love is to open yourself to be vulnerable and allow yourself to be moved. This can either be by yourself or by another.

In this workshop half of the exercises are done in the group and the other half are done with a partner.

There will be no nudity or genital touch in this workshop. Lovemaking will only be practiced energetically through meditation, with yourself or a partner.

The workshop welcomes singles and couples. Couples are allowed to choose which exercises they want to do together. Singles can form an occasional coupling at the workshop. You are always in charge of the level of intimacy you share with others. All genders are welcome and we embrace gender fluidity. We will not try to control the gender balance in the signup, which means that you potentially can end up forming a duo of same sex gender.

In the tantric tradition, the human body is regarded as a temple, worthy of worship, sacred admiration, and… intense pleasure beyond imagination. The Kashmiri Tandava massage is one of the core tools in the artistry that is the Kashmiri Shaivism lineage of Tantra.

This is not only a massage class, but also a spiritual course. Come learn to feel, use and channel energy in your body.

Tantra massage is a gateway to reclaiming our bodies from shame. As we include the entire body in this loving experience of touch, we reconnect our entire self.

As we receive this touch, we release layers of shame we carry around our body appearance and our true sexual nature.

While this touch is healing on our physical, energetic and sexual level, it is not a sexual release class. Therein is the elegant simplicity which is the gateway to profound healing.

This massage is given without desire and without fear. As it is a healing tool, you do not need to be with an 'intimate' partner, however there is an invitation to an intimate quality of touch as we would touch and caress the divine.

The massage is invited to be full body and nude, however you are welcome to modify to your comfort and ease. There will be no rotation. You will work with your chosen partner throughout the event.

There will be a teaching on the background, intention and energetics of this massage. Then practice of the particular breath and movement associated with Tandava of touch. Then a demo, so you can know the full scope of this practice before choosing a partner
